🚨⚠️2013 is when I started my weightloss journey. One of these photos was actually my wake up call. Having been a stress/binge eater all my life, controlling what I put into my body has been the most difficult part for me, because I can go on & on eating w/ out a filter, but personally do enjoy working out. #TheStruggle 😩I'm only posting this to keep myself accountable, because I reached my lowest weight of 148lbs back in June of this year & got so excited that I gained 15lbs of it right back. Not gonna lie, the 15lb weight gain has been really discouraging lately, but making these side by sides has helped me remember how far i've come. For those of you that asked, my heaviest weight was 220lbs, LWeight: 148lbs, Current weight: 158lbs. I went from a size 17, ⬇️ to a size 6 in pants, & from a regular XL, to regular S/M in tops. Anyway, hope this might inspire someone to get on their shit too, cus becoming so overweight/obese, was honestly the worst thing I ever did to myself. I was so depressed & toxic. Last year I really went ham on #PortionControl , #IntermittentFasting , #MealPreps & consistent weekly workouts, to try & get my life back. Prior to that I was really up & down with it & would give up so easily. Now I just remember its mind over matter. & I don't make excuses for why I can't make it to my workouts. Eating shitty & drinking still happens, but i dont let a hiccup stop me from getting back to the grind. Im starting #Keto this week to change up my routine & in the past, took weightloss pills to boost my metabolism (discuss w/ your Dr.), but yeah, I don't plan on letting myself go again, because I have skinny clothes in my closet that i'm trying to fit into!💪🏽💦❤ •
