The Smash Gyms Mommy Bootcamp works out Monday through Friday at 9:30a and Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 10:30a.

All mothers are encouraged to bring their children to class while they workout but as an act of safety, all children must exit the workout floor five minutes prior to the start of each workout. Children must remain in the safety area for the duration of each workout.
