Let's stretch our muscles, not our waistlines this Thanksgiving (corny, I know Haha 😂)! This is one of my absolute favorite stretches.
If you're like me, your shoulders are problem areas and it is a necessity to stretch them before working them.
This stretches the shoulders, arms, and back. It also feels soooooo good!
